Terms of Service
Booking & Payment
Once you receive a quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit secures your spot on our calendar and covers the cost of supplies, as well as time spent designing your order. An invoice will be sent once the deposit is received. All remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date indicated on your invoice.
CAKE/TREATS
Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee. Once your order has been delivered and setup is complete, PARTYDETAILZ is no longer responsible for any damage to the cake or desserts. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a suitable environment for display—considering stability, temperature, and space.
If you choose to pick up and set up your order yourself, you assume full responsibility and liability for the condition of the items once they leave PARTYDETAILZ’s possession.
Display & Storage
For best results, delivered orders should be displayed no more than 2 hours prior to your event. If the client or venue chooses to place the order in a refrigerator, freezer, or other unsuitable environment, PARTYDETAILZ cannot be held responsible for the condition (e.g., condensation or freezing).
Design & Customization
Each cake and treat is uniquely handmade. While inspiration photos and themes are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed. PARTYDETAILZ reserves the right to interpret the design based on your event theme, color palette, and other provided details. Color matching will be attempted, but exact color matches may not be possible. Treats are created with artistic discretion, adding a delightful element of surprise to every order.
Please be advised that our products may contain, or may have come into contact with, common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and/or peanuts. While we take every precaution to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
If you or your guests have food allergies, please notify us in advance and use caution when consuming our products. PARTYDETAILZ is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.

BALLOONS/TABLE DECOR
Design & Setup
All balloon décor and table styling services are customized based on your theme, color palette, and preferences. While we welcome inspiration photos, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed due to material availability and artistic variation. We reserve the right to make design adjustments as needed to maintain quality and cohesion.
Once your setup is complete and approved by the client or designated point of contact, PARTYDETAILZ is no longer liable for any damage, shifts, or issues that may occur.
Weather & Outdoor Setups
Balloon décor and styled tables placed outdoors are exposed to environmental factors beyond our control such as wind, rain, heat, sun exposure, and uneven terrain. Extreme temperatures and direct sunlight can cause balloons to oxidize, pop, or deflate. Insects, moisture, and dust can also affect the appearance of your table styling.
While we use the highest quality materials and secure our designs to the best of our ability, PARTYDETAILZ is not responsible for any damage or deterioration caused by weather conditions or environmental exposure once the setup is complete.
We strongly recommend indoor placement or shaded/protected areas to preserve the look and longevity of your décor.

Food Allergies
PARTYDETAILZ is not responsible for any allergic reactions or medical conditions resulting from the consumption of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform us of any known allergies and to communicate these concerns to all guests or recipients.
Please be advised that our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
Peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish, and fish.
While we do our best to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Inedible Decorations
Some cakes or treats may include inedible elements such as toppers, supports, floral decorations, or other embellishments. PARTYDETAILZ is not responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition resulting from the ingestion or misuse of these non-edible items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform all guests or recipients of the presence of inedible pieces. Full liability for communication and safe use lies with the customer.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Communicate venue access details and setup times
Ensure the space is ready and accessible upon arrival
Inform guests not to touch or move décor
Avoid placing décor in hazardous or unstable areas
Remove or dispose of décor after the event, unless takedown is arranged
