We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for most orders. For larger events, custom cakes, or themed setups, booking earlier ensures availability and time for preparation. Peak seasons and holidays fill up fast!
At PARTYDETAILZ, we use real butter, milk, flour, sugar, eggs, pure vanilla extract, premium chocolate, and fresh fruit in all of our recipes to create the highest quality cakes, treats, and desserts.
While we do not intentionally add nuts to every recipe, our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, as we prepare everything in the same kitchen. We handle common allergens, such as tree nuts, peanuts, and others, with care, but cross-contamination is possible.
If you or your guests have any nut allergies or other dietary restrictions, please inform us ahead of time so we can make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
All of our baked goods contain dairy. Unfortunately, we do not offer any dairy-free, sugar-free, or gluten-free options at this time. However, we are currently exploring recipes that will enable us to create an equally delicious menu that can accommodate all of your requests.
Keep cakes and perishable treats refrigerated until about 1–2 hours before your event for best taste and presentation. Treats with chocolate or candy coatings should be kept cool and dry to prevent melting

We typically review and respond to all inquiries between Monday and Wednesday. If you need immediate assistance or have any urgent questions, feel free to call or text us, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This covers supplies and secures your place on our calendar. Final balances are due by the date listed on your invoice.
The deposit is non-refundable because it helps secure your event date, cover the cost of materials, and compensate for the time spent planning, designing, and preparing your custom order. Once the deposit is received, we begin the process of reserving your date and purchasing supplies, which limits our ability to take other bookings for that time. We truly value your business and encourage early communication if your plans change, so we can explore options for rescheduling or adjustments.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may offer a credit toward a future event depending on the timing and reason.
Yes! We can absolutely provide delivery for all orders. A travel fee will apply based on the event location, and a setup fee is also required for on-site setup services. These fees will be outlined in your invoice. Pickup is available for certain items if preferred.
Yes! We have a selection of backdrops, risers, cake stands, and props available for rent as part of our styling packages. Rental items must be returned in good condition, or replacement fees may apply.
Takedown and cleanup are not included unless previously arranged for an additional fee. You are responsible for removing and disposing of balloon décor and returning any rental items.
What if a balloon pops or a treat gets damaged?
Once décor or treats are delivered or picked up, PARTYDETAILZ is no longer responsible for damage caused by handling, temperature, guests, or environmental conditions. We do our best to ensure safe delivery and quality!
Do you accept last-minute orders?
If our schedule allows, we may accept last-minute orders with a rush fee. Design and material options may be limited based on availability.
